Prototype
3–5 days
Clickable conversation flows and, for voice, recorded sample calls. Your team pokes at them and corrects the tone, the rules, and the handoffs before we build anything permanent.

- Voice samples in Russian and Uzbek where relevant

Build and connect
1–2 weeks
The system is trained on your documents and wired into your CRM, channels, and telephony. Your data stays in the agreed perimeter; access is scoped and logged.

- An acceptance checklist you can run yourself

Launch and tune
ongoing
Go-live, then weekly improvement passes based on real conversations. The first month of tuning is included in every package; after that you choose a support plan or take the keys.

What we need from you
- The materials the system should know: catalog, prices, policies, FAQ
- A person who can answer domain questions within a day
- Access to the CRM or telephony we integrate with, scoped to the minimum
- Thirty minutes a week during tuning
