Syntrix exists because businesses here kept paying for AI advice and receiving slide decks. We sell the other thing: systems that go live and stay live.
We are a Tashkent-based team that builds and operates AI systems for companies in Uzbekistan and the region. Our work is the unglamorous half of AI: connecting models to catalogs, CRMs, and phone lines, and making the result reliable enough to answer real customers with real money involved.
We publish our prices, which is still unusual in this market. Fixed prices force us to scope honestly and build efficiently, and they let you compare us to alternatives without a discovery call.
The company operates as "ULTIMATE SOFT" LLC, registered in Tashkent in 2025. Syntrix is the engineering brand under which we deliver.
How we work
Working systems, not decks
Every engagement ends with something running in production. If a project can only produce recommendations, we decline it.
Grounded by default
Assistants answer from client documents with confidence thresholds. When the system is unsure, it says so and escalates. We consider this non-negotiable engineering hygiene.
Honest numbers
We do not invent case studies or borrow other people's metrics. Scenario claims on this site are framed as industry benchmarks until our own deployments produce publishable numbers.
Your data is yours
Client data stays in the agreed perimeter, is never used to train third-party models, and leaves with you if you go.
